Costa Verde Sensory Garden

This private residential landscape was designed to create a contemporary tropical garden that balances visual richness with structured simplicity. Anchored by clean planting beds and a clear circulation layout, the design features resilient native and adaptive species such as Eugenia monticola, Tulbaghia violacea, bromeliads, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs. Carefully placed boulders and textural groundcovers create layered interest while framing open lawn areas for relaxation and play. Subtle variations in height, color, and leaf form invite year-round observation and sensory engagement. The project embodies our approach to crafting low-maintenance, ecologically responsive gardens that enhance daily living and celebrate Puerto Rico’s vibrant plant palette.
