Estudio Pérez Santiago is a collaborative practice led by a Landscape Designer and a Professional Civil Engineer, bringing together design creativity and technical expertise. As a small, dedicated team, we approach each project with a balance of artistry, ecological responsibility, and precision in execution. Our work bridges landscape architecture and infrastructure, allowing us to craft environments and mobility systems that are sustainable, resilient, and deeply connected to place. Our Story
Estudio Pérez Santiago was born from the idea that landscapes and infrastructure should not exist in isolation, but as interconnected systems that shape how people live, move, and thrive. After years of professional experience in design and engineering, we saw the need for a practice that could unite ecological sensitivity with technical precision—bridging the creative vision of landscape design with the problem-solving rigor of civil engineering.
